The process for making an adjustment to the balance of a Billing finance account is as follows.
- Click on the Manage tab.
- Click on the Manage Finance Accounts link, in the Finance Management grouping, to bring up a list of your accounts and, if known, enter search criteria to locate your account of choice.
- Click the account balance link and enter a description and amount for the adjustment to be made.
- Press the Submit button and your account's balance will have been adjusted. Clicking on the Account Name you can review the transaction history of the Account including your Adjustment.
