ユーザーアカウントの管理方法について

A broker may administer all Users in the system. General use cases include updating roles (and therefore permissions) for trusted Users, resetting passwords, disabling fraudulent Users etc.

  1. Log in as a broker (URL, UserName & Password are provided by your cXense Representative)
  2. Click the Manage Tab, and select Manage Users from the drop down list
  3. Select a User account (filter the User list as required)
  4. You now have full access to the User's details and roles

Disabling a User Account

  1. Locate a User account (as per initial steps on this page)
  2. Select a User account (filter the User list as required)
  3. Uncheck the enabled checkbox within the User Details form fields

Change a Password

  1. Locate a User account (as per initial steps on this page)
  2. Select a User account (filter the User list as required)
  3. Enter a new password and confirmation password
  4. Click save
  5. The password has now been updated.

The new password is never emailed to a user. If you update a password on a User's behalf you will need to inform them of the update, and suggest they update it immediately after logging in.

Modify a User's Role Allocation

  1. Locate a User account (as per initial steps on this page)
  2. Select a User account (filter the User list as required)
  3. User the Checkboxes within the Role Allocation grouping to select required Roles
  4. Click Save
