New features and improvements in details
Extended version of Match Rate diagram
New detailed diagrams with changes in match rate, number of affected segments and matched users for 6 months, one month, or one week are available now on detailed Report per connection, i.e. by clicking on the connection name on a row.
In addition to that, small Match Rate diagram on the main page with list of connections has been changed: data for the last 7 days is shown now, in case if a connection was inactive during the last 7 days, the diagram is hidden.
New integration with Adobe Audience Manager
New integration with AAM is available now through the new Connectivity Hub that allows you who are using AAM to export segments created in Cxense DMP and combine them with data available there.
It’s a standard server-side integration with Match Rate report available.
New integration with SpotX
Cxense DMP segments are available now in SpotX platform through a new server-side integration. SpotX is a video ad serving platform allowing you to manage traditional direct sold, programmatic direct, and private marketplace deals, and now your segments created in Cxense DMP can be used there.
Integration with Smart AdServer in the new Connectivity Hub
Existing integration with Smart AdServer now is available in the new Connectivity Hub with full support of Match Rate reporting and new, more user-friendly UI. All the existing configurations have been migrated without any changes.
Integration with Rubicon now supports Rubicon segments
In addition to the existing integration with Rubicon working with SmartTags a new type of integration has been added - now segments coming from Cxense can be also created as Rubicon segments. The new integration is available as a separate configuration on Connectivity Hub in addition to the old one, so now you can choose whether SmartTags or Rubicon segments are better suited for your case.
External IDs are available now in File Export
Export of external IDs or any IDs coming from any of your system (e.g. CRM) is possible now through File Export integration. Corresponding checkbox has been added, it’s ticked by default, so that you can see all the newly available prefixes there. It means that those IDs coming from any system and used for segmentation can be exported back to the source system for further targeting - e.g. in emailing systems which are not supported by the existing Connectivity Hub integrations.
New ‘Visit days’ filter in Segment Builder
The new filter for definition of users which have visited the site from X to Y days within the last Z days is available to use for segmenting throughout our platform. This means that you can get an even better understanding of your audience loyalty by grouping the audience by how often they return to your site.
