Sharing a Site Group

You access the "Share Site Group" menu through the gear icon to the right in the Cxense Insight main screen.  

The Share Site Group dialog box looks like this:

Here you can then share the Site Group (and the sites it contains) with others. Simply select the Account from the dropdown (Cxense Demos / 8 Sites in the picture) that you wish to share. Add the email of the person you want to share the site with.

If you send an invite to an email to a person that does not yet have a Cxense account, he or she will be invited to create a new user account (User accounts are explained later).

If the new user is to have permission to add new sites to the Account, then select ‘update’ in Additional Access Rights.

Add a nice personal message if desired and click ‘send’. And there you go, the Account is now shared. The user will receive an email with a link. The Account will also be available to the user on their next login to Cxense Insight. If the user is already logged in, the user will need to refresh before the new Account is visible the Account dropdown.
