How to make an adjustment to a Finance Account

The process for making an adjustment to the balance of a Billing finance account is as follows.

  1. Click on the Manage tab.

  2. Click on the Manage Finance Accounts link, in the Finance Management grouping, to bring up a list of your accounts and, if known, enter search criteria to locate your account of choice.

  3. Click the account balance link and enter a description and amount for the adjustment to be made.

  4. Press the Submit button and your account's balance will have been adjusted. Clicking on the Account Name you can review the transaction history of the Account including your Adjustment.
