How to create an additional User Account

A Broker may create additional User Accounts for New Users and assign the appropriate role(s) for the new User.

Create a user

  1. Log in as a broker (URL, username and password are provided by your cXense representative)
  2. Click the Manage Tab
  3. Click Create a New User (within User Management)
  4. Type the user's email address
  5. Type a username
  6. Choose whether the new user will share your own workspace and have access to your own inventory or have a workspace of their own from which to manage their own inventory.
  7. Check the relevant role(s) for the new user
  8. Click Save.

An email message will be sent to the new user. The new user will be able to complete the sign on procedure using the hyperlink in the email message.
