The Boston Technical Support Office

The Boston office is located at 451 D Street, Boston.  The Cxense Office in Boston has Onboarding, R&D and Customer Success staff in additon to Support.   This allows us to assist customers with a range of problems spanning from "Business consulting" to correcting bugs. 


The Boston office has our highest expertise in Cxense Video.  You will most likely see your case handled by an engineer or a Customer Sucess Manager from this office if you have an issue with Cxense Video.
