The Colombo Technical Support Office

The Colombo office is the largest support location in Cxense.  The team working in this location currently counts 9 engineers.


Colombo serves as front-line for APAC, EMEA and America timezones and the team have been given training on all products.  Maxifier and Video product specialists are found in Boston and Samara, and you will frequently see that your case is being dispatched to one of those locations if the team there are available.
